Open Question: Baseball Keeper league-who to draft?

In my 8 player keeper dynasty league. We do a RF,CF,LF,OF, Util set up using R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP and W, SV, K, HLD, ERA, WHIP. I have first pick this year and I'm struggling with who to take. I've been building towards youth the past few years and my keepers are: Troy Tulowitzki, Jason Heyward, Buster Posey, Andrew McCutchen, Ryan Zimmerman, Adam Wainwright, Jeremy Hellickson and Max Scherzer. I'm left with an interesting dilhema in whether to take a player with immediate impact or go for an available big prospect.
